Our Financial Planning Process
Red Oak Capitol Adivsors’ process with clients often follows this process.
1st Meeting: 30-40 minute meeting to get acquainted and learn about your current financial picture and concerns. There is no charge for the initial meeting.
First Week: We outline a description of services with a proposed timeline and provide a price quote for services. This is a detailed document that outlines what we are going to do for you, how long it will take and costs expected to be associated with the project.
If you accept our proposal your project will begin.
After 1 -2 Weeks: An interactive 1 hour conference between you and your advisor at Red Oak Capital takes place. We will discuss our initial findings and confirm any assumptions we are using in your plan as well as discuss actions to take immediately.
After 3-4 Weeks: Your advisor meets with you again for a 1-2 hour detailed presentation meeting. During this time we discuss the results of our work and present you with a detailed action containing recommendations for reaching your financial goals.
